Matt brings a lifetime of leadership, discipline, and global experience to property management. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, he served 30 years in the Armed Forces, earning a Master’s in Aeronautical Science and commanding maintenance and logistics operations for fighter and special-mission aircraft across multiple bases worldwide. His career included managing a multi-billion-dollar international sales program in Berlin for the U.S. Embassy and continuing similar work in the United Arab Emirates, retiring overseas as a Colonel. After military service, Matt managed multi-million-dollar federal contracts for Cherokee Federal before co-founding PMI Potomac. A licensed Maryland Real Estate Salesperson, Matt combines operational precision with a hands-on approach to asset management. When he’s not working, you’ll find him paddleboarding or hiking with his family—bringing the same care and commitment to clients’ properties as he does to his own.
Susan’s passion for people, community, and real estate is grounded in both professional expertise and real-world experience. A Georgia Southern University graduate with a degree in accounting, she has held multiple corporate accounting roles while remotely managing rental properties and raising four children. Her life abroad—living in Italy, Germany, Abu Dhabi, and the United States—allowed her to build strong international community ties and serve on corporate, trust fund, and nonprofit boards, including several for international schools and the U.S. Embassy. Profoundly hearing impaired, Susan has developed exceptional communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills through years of navigating language and cultural barriers. Her keen ability to read people and situations ensures thoughtful, proactive property management. With a can-do attitude and a deep understanding of what it means to care for a home, Susan is dedicated to making every client’s experience seamless, respectful, and stress-free.
